29wind Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 29wind platform and all its services. By registering on 29wind or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using 29wind. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

These terms are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of a dispute, the Bangla version shall prevail. 29wind reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notice.

To open an account at 29wind, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a permanent resident of Bangladesh or hold a valid form of identification.
• All information provided on the registration form must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Only one account may be registered per person.
• Two members of the same household may use separate accounts from the same device; however, sharing the same payment method may require additional verification.

After registration, 29wind reserves the right to verify your information. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license.

If an account is created using false information or registered under another person's identity, 29wind reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance. No appeals will be accepted in such cases.

Below are the financial transaction rules for 29wind:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳20 (Twenty BDT).
• Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved cryptocurrencies.
• Deposit Processing: Usually instant. In the event of a technical issue, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually within 15 minutes, up to a maximum of 24 hours.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is required before any withdrawal.

29wind will only process withdrawals to payment methods registered on your account. Payments to third-party accounts will not be made.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. If you experience any issues with a transaction, notify the support team within 48 hours.

General Bonus Policy:

• Bonuses must be used within the specified time period. Any remaining bonus balance will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• 29wind reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at its discretion.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must register with their own details and complete their first deposit.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on 29wind:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 29wind cancels it due to an error on our part.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 29wind reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• 29wind is not liable for bets that fail due to connection issues during live betting.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game and event.

For Sports Betting results, the official outcome issued by the relevant international sports governing body shall be final. 29wind's own policy applies to bets on walkovers, abandoned, or suspended matches.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 29wind and may result in immediate account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts or operating an account under another person's identity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the gaming system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other users or using offensive language.
• Abusing the 29wind bonus system, including arbitrage betting.
• Using a fake identity or forged documents.
